Mental health is not separate from spiritual health — God cares about the whole you. At PEO Church NYC, we believe that healing is holistic, and that the same Jesus who saves souls also brings peace to troubled minds and restoration to broken hearts.

Serving the Bedford-Stuyvesant community in Brooklyn, we know firsthand the unique pressures, traumas, and stressors that affect our neighbors. Grief. Loss. Anxiety. Depression. Family crisis. Financial stress. Racial trauma. We don't look away from these realities — we walk into them with the love of Christ.

Our mental health ministry is not a replacement for professional clinical care — we actively connect members with licensed therapists and mental health professionals when needed. But we are a community that prays, listens, and walks alongside you through every season.
